As a Registered Social Worker with over 9 years of experience in mental health, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate and overcome their challenges, leading to a fulfilling life as defined by them. With empathy and compassion, I strive to foster an environment of trust and respect, where clients feel safe to explore their feelings, gain insights, and develop strategies to overcome their barriers. Using a strength-based approach, I help clients gain a deeper understanding of their own strengths and resiliencies that will help them along their journey. Using art/play therapy for children and teens, she helps them to understand their stressors, navigate their way through custody issues, manage anxiety and depression, and heal from low self-esteem and trauma. She works with adults who are looking to heal from trauma, relational difficulties, anxiety and depression, and chronic stress. We all have parts of ourselves that we wish were easier to manage or past experiences that have shaped how we function day to day. I believe that everyone can change and move from the past. My work focuses on building a therapeutic relationship so we can explore how past experiences impact our daily lives and reshape the impact of these experiences so you can be the best version of yourself. Therapy can be hard work, and I promise I will always put in my best effort to create safe space to do the hard work together.

I am a registered social worker with 10+ years of experience working with children, teens and adults. I use and eclectic approach and pull from Somatic therapy (Sensorimotor), Narrative, CBT, DBT, feminist, family therapy, expressive arts, strength based. I also have extensive training in trauma and eating disorders.
